Adventure Day One

May 12, 2008 –Over the weekend of October 11, 2002, Rickey and I needed to put many things in our lives in order; one of those things was simply packing for the hospital.  What do you pack in your suitcase of life as you face the future so unsure of its outcome?

 

For me I packed three main things; love, optimism, and faith.  Love to give me the strength to endure whatever was put in our path, optimism to look at the glass as half full, and faith to believe that everything happens for a reason – we just need to be still long enough to hear the universe explain why.

 

What do you pack in your suitcase for this adventure called life?
